Home Care Billing Dispute Resolution Service

Our experienced Home Care billing service team can review your home care package statements to ensure that you are not getting incorrectly charged for services rendered by your home care provider. As part of our home care billing review, we will validate the following:

1. The fees and charges are correct, per the Home Care Agreement and individualised budget.

2. That the package management fees and care management fees are in line with the home care agreement / budget.

3. The support charges are billed in line with the individualised budget and that variations have been agreed by the Home Care client.

4. That the charges are not greater than the providers advertised prices on myagedcare.gov.au.

5. That the surplus amount is being calculated correctly.

6. Any income tested fees are billed correctly and remain within the annual and lifetime caps for a care recipient.

* Daily care fee charges
* Means tested care fees and income tested care fees (also ensuring that you are not charged more than the annual and lifetime caps)
