Our aged care billing review service (RAD Check) takes the burden of this convoluted proof off you, verifying that the correct charges are being billed as per the Aged Care Act. We can assist you to understand how your charges are billed so you can be CONFIDENT that you are paying the CORRECT aged care charges to your aged care providers.

The aged care system is very complex, and our experienced team have worked in this complex environment for decades. We can verify if you are being billed correctly and, if not, we can work with you and your aged care provider to ensure that your bills are correct.

Our initial consultation fee is $99 for us to review your situation and to be able to provide you with a quote to review your billing. In most situations, if we have identified an administrative error made by the aged care provider, we can discuss with the aged care provider to reimburse you the funds you expended in undertaking the billing check.
